Return Policy

1. Scope

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made directly on pentecost.pub. If you purchased a book through a third-party platform (Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Empik, etc.), please refer to that platform's own return and refund policy.

2. E-books (Digital Products)

We offer a 30-day full refund on all e-book purchases — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your e-book for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a complete refund.

To request a refund for an e-book, email us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used for the purchase.

3. Physical Books (Paperbacks)

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of a physical book within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g. an email) to [email protected].

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the book. The book must be in its original condition — unused and undamaged. You bear the direct cost of returning the book. Once we receive the returned book, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

3.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged book, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us at [email protected] with a description and, if possible, a photo of the defect. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective products.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different book, please return the original following the procedure above and place a new order.

5. Refund Processing

All refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe). E-book refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Physical book refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
